KMI Welcomes 2 New Members to the Estimating Team!

Julia Estevez LosadaKMI International is proud to welcome Julia Estevez Losada as our newest Estimating Associate! Julia grew up in Maracay, Venezuela and moved to Caracas to attend Andres Bello Catholic University. She graduated in 2006 with a BS in Civil Engineering. Julia began her career with a non-profit organization that built housing solutions, hospitals, schools and primary care centers. She then worked for an institute that provided construction and management to Venezuelan railways. She also spent a year in Tokyo, Japan studying for her Master’s in Management. Julia previously worked as a Senior Construction Manager constructing housing developments with over 5,000 homes built each year! Julia has additional master degrees in Community Management and Digital Communications from CEREM Business School in Spain and the Rey Juan Carlos University. Julia recently moved to Orlando, FL with her family. Welcome aboard the KMI Team, Julia. We are excited you have joined our family!

Drew HornWith great pleasure, KMI International welcomes Drew Horn to our team as a Senior Estimator. Drew grew up in Sanford, FL and is a native to the Central Florida area. He attended the University of Florida and graduated with a BS in Building Construction in 1997. Drew has strong experience in multiple project sectors such as theme parks, golf courses, educational facilities, and commercial construction, as well as ground support facilities. Drew previously served as the Branch Manager of a Project Integration Office, overseeing Estimators, Cost Analysts, Project Planners, and Facility Assessors on various NASA projects. Welcome to the KMI Family, Drew. We are happy to have you on our team!
